Fluorescence Spectrophotometer with Integrating Sphere Unit

This instrument analyzes compounds that exhibit a luminescence phenomenon called photoluminescence, in which light energy is absorbed and emitted. fluorescence spectra and excitation spectra can be measured in the wavelength range of 300 to 900 nm. By using the attached integrating sphere unit, the absolute value of luminescence quantum yield can be obtained. Combined with the analysis results from the fluorescence lifetime measurement system, the chemical species in the excited state can be analyzed.
