Imaging Plate Reader

This is an instrument that reads information recorded on an imaging plate, which can store the location and intensity of radiation exposure, to produce an image of radioactivity distribution. Imaging plates are sensitive to various types of radiation and can image a variety of radioactive nuclides. The radiation information recorded on the imaging plate can be erased, and the imaging plate can be used repeatedly.
