Fluorescence Lifetime Spectrometer

This instrument measures the fluorescence lifetime by tracking the time-course in the fluorescence intensity of a substance. The fluorescence lifetime represents the time length of the excited state of a compound that has absorbed light. By analyzing this lifetime, the origin and mechanism of the luminescence of the compound can be clarified. 7 types of LED excitation light sources (280 nm, 340 nm, 365 nm, 405 nm, 470 nm, 590 nm, 630 nm) are available in this device, allowing measurement of a wide range of compounds from organic molecules to metal complexes. The instrument can be operated in a temperature range from room temperature to 77 K using a cryostat.
